JAC’s is excited to offer a first-of-its-kind smokehouse brunch Saturdays from 10-1:30. Our brunch menu is fresh and exciting every week; a perfect way to experience fun twists on brunch classics! And since there’s always something new, we promise you’ll never get bored.
Start with a bottomless mimosa made with our proprietary orange punch (the secret ingredient is… well, we aren’t giving that away! But once you start drinking you’ll find yourself coming back for more!)
Our brunch menu includes a variety of unique offerings, like Huevos Rancheros smokehouse-style, two grilled corn tortillas topped with refried beans, two fried eggs, a home-made JAC’s crema (avocado or chipotle) and queso fresca topped with micro greens.
Or if that’s not your style, what about our Texas Benedict, a fluffy house-made, open-faced biscuit topped with Southwest hollandaise, our smoked sliced brisket, and two poached eggs? Also topped with microgreens for a pop of extra flavor and color.
If you’re just here for the classics, catch smoked/fried chicken and waffles with our signature bourbon-ancho maple sauce. Or try our upscale avocado toast topped with an egg, bacon, havarti cheese, and–you guessed it–microgreens!
